All members adhere to the Code Of Good Recruitment Practice - developed to ensure jobseekers and employers receive the hightest recruitment standards.

REC also offer accreditation schemes and professional training courses that enable recrtuitment professionals to develop their skills and improve their level of service to both candidate and client alike.
